1.Delivery method

We are a professional online retailer/wholesaler with long-term express orders delivered to your door. Please make sure you are at home when your package arrives.
After placing your order, please check your email here for your order confirmation. We will email you when your order has been dispatched and let you know where to track it locally. Thank you!

2.Shipping Time
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Shipping time: US: 5-7 Business days
Us: Orders from the United States are fulfilled from our US warehouse and typically take 5-7 business days to arrive.
Ca&Eu&Uk:Orders from Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our China warehouse and typically take 7-10 business days to arrive.
Deadline for orders at 5:00 pm (GMT+08: 00 Hong Kong Standard Time)
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
If your package is returned to you after a long period of absence, rejection or because your address is unknown, we will be happy to resend it to you if you wish.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of resending your package (a flat national rate of $20).
If you are away for an extended period of time, or refuse to pick up your order, you will not be able to re-purchase from us and will be blacklisted. If you wish to re-purchase, please transfer the money first and we will send you the order amount.
